THE TARGETS

1. Commit: Track all 10 +1 daily targets and reflect on your wins.
2. Eat: Adhere 100% to your personalized nutrition plan for the day.
3. Move: Complete 30+ minutes of focused movement daily, which can include active recovery.
4. Sleep: Spend 8.5–9+ hours in bed nightly for deep recovery and vitality.
5. Breathe: Complete a full 10.1-minute meditation with a focus on deep, restorative breathing.
6. Focus: Limit consumption of news, social media, and other external inputs—particularly those you cannot influence or control—to a maximum of 0–15 minutes daily.
7. Celebrate: Send a quick love note or message of gratitude to someone daily, expressing genuine appreciation for their impact on your life.
8. Prosper: Reflect daily on one challenge you faced, identifying the lesson learned and how it contributed to your growth.
9. Work: Dedicate 60 minutes to uninterrupted, creative deep work.
10. Love: Dedicate at least 30–60 minutes to device-free quality time.
